6 Food Employee did not follow proper handwashing procedure. Soap and/or warm water not used because facility lacked soap at the time of inspection.
8 Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the prep area and in the employee restroom.

8 Old food residue and used utensils observed in the employee handwash sink in the prep area. A handwashing facility shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
13 Raw chicken and raw fish were both observed being stored over other raw, ready-to-eat food items in the reach in refrigeration units.
14 Observed no chemical sanitizer being used on equipment and utensils after washing and rinsing them, and prior to use. *Facility lacked sanitizer- there was no sanitizer available at the time of inspection. *
