1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. Food Safety Certified Person arrived in middle of inspection.
8 The handwash sink in the prep area was blocked by a gallon of water and not accesible at all times for employee use. Person in charge removed immediately.
47 Counter surfaces and bottom compartment where frozen packed fruit and ice are stored is observed in need of cleaning in crevices of sliding door.
