1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. There was no one present with a Philadelphia Health Department issued Food Manager Food Safety Certificate. The application and a provider list for acceoted food safety certification was emailed with this report.
8 No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the warehouse and the front men's toilet room areas to remind food employees to wash their hands. They were provided during the inspection.
45 Wooden pallets are used throughout rather than NSF approved dunnage racks.
47 General packaging debris on walk in unit floor perimeters.
51 Toilet Room Obervations: -1 of 4 motion sensored hand sinks in the women's toilet room in the front of the facility is not operating. -Surfaces in the rear men's toilet room are not clean to sight and touch.
53 Observations: -General food debris and residue on floor perimeters in the process areas. -Unused equipment stored in the storage area can provide vermin harborage conditions.
