Pooled water observed in the door tracks of the closed display case.

50 Observed condensate dripping into a bowl inside the reach-in refrigerator.

1 A food safety certified person was not present at the beginning of inspection. Kimchhunly Pen arrived.
A food safety certified person must be present at all times of operation.
4 An open employee's food container was observed in a food preparation area.
8 Paper towels were needed at the handsinks in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
14 Person in charge observed washing and rinsing blender but failing to sanitize after. This sanitarian demonstrated how sanitizer was to be prepared and tested properly.
39 Sponges observed in the warewash sink being used to clean food contact surfaces.
41 Spoon used to stir coffee is stored in a cup of plain water. These need to be washed and sanitized every 4 hours.
54 Vent in the restroom has accumulated dust and needs to be cleaned.
