Note: The person in charge ordered the tags chronologically.
31 The meat room was observed at 50 degrees F.
Note: Meat preparation had concluded for the day and one of the fans was turned off.
39 Moist wiping cloths were observed lying on counters and not stored in a sanitizing solution.
45 Crates were inverted to elevate items.
46 The food facility lacks high-temperature sanitizer test strips to monitor the warewash machine in the bakery.
47 Food residue/debris was observed on shelves in the deli and rear storage areas.
52 A lid was not observed on the waste receptacle in the bakery.
53 Grease was observed on the floor in the deli area. Debris was observed on the floors in the fruit preparation and rear storage areas.

8 Paper towel dispenser was jammed at the handwash sink in the meat area.
11 Open bags of hot chicken (ready to eat) observed in the retail area. Bags of chicken were removed from sale.
37 Food box in the walk-in freezer was not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. Box was placed on a shelf.
45 A rusted shelf was observed above the warewashing sink in the produce department.
45 One rotisserie oven was defective (leaking). A work order was placed
47 Food residue/debris observed on shelves in the retail area.
48 Hot water delay was observed at the handwash sink in the chicken prep sink area.
Cold water was not available at the handwash sink in the deli area.
51 The receptacles in the women's restroom did not have lids.
51 The following observations were made:
- Water stained ceiling tiles in women restroom in retail area and loose vent cover.
- Dust accumulation observed on the vent covers
- Two urinals were marked out of service
