-Soda crates being used for elevation in retail area and walk-in cooler, which are not smooth and easily cleanable
-Raw wooden palates being used for elevation in retail area/walk-in cooler, which are not smooth and easily cleanable
-Cardboard being used to line shelving units in retail area, which is not smooth and easily cleanable
47 The following were observed:
-Static dust and debris on exterior surfaces of shelving units in retail area.
-Debris around perimeters of floors in walk-in cooler.
51 Lidded receptacle for disposal of feminine sanitary napkins observed needed in unisex employee restroom area.
53 The following were observed:
-Peeling paint observed in the rear area.
-Water stained ceiling tiles throughout retail area and behind front service counter area.
-Exposed utility lines in rear of retail area.
-Open holes in ceiling in retail area.

**PIC took corrective action and provided paper towel at handwashing sink during time of inspection.
26 Chemicals were stored above beverages behind the front service counter area.
**PIC took corrective action and moved chemicals to a chemical only designated area.
