-The walk-in cooler observed not in use in the basement area.
51 - Gaps observed between the ceiling and wall in the men's restroom.
-Missing wall times in the woman's restroom.
51 Missing covered trashcan in the women's restroom.
53 The following observations were noted:
- Unfinished walls in the storage area.
- Unfinished paint observed on the ceiling in the bar area and woman's restroom.
- Damaged floor in the bar area.

PIC provided the paper towel and written hand wash sign in men's restroom during inspection.
13 -Ice scoop handle observed sitting inside the ice bin in the bar area.
PIC removed the ice scoop from inside the ice immediately.
45 -Non-NSF "West Bend" mini-freezer observed in the bar area.
51 -Hole observed in the ceiling in the men's restroom.
-Dusty cover vent observed in the men's restroom.
-Missing covered trashcan in the women's restroom.
-Unfinished wall paint in the woman's restroom.
