1 The food safety certified person has a city of Philadelphia food safety certificate that is expired. Corrective action: the certified person has renewed their Servsafe certification and sent in their application for the Philadelphia certificate.
8 The hand wash sink in the front serving area was blocked by a large bowl and not accessible at all times for employee use. Corrective action: the bowl was removed.
20 Chicken was held at 47 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required in a cold prep unit in the food prep area. Corrective action: the temperature on the cold prep unit was turned down.
36 Door sweep on the front door has a gap in it and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
41 Knife observed stored with handle touching cilantro in a cold prep unit in the food prep area. Corrective action: the knife was moved.
