8 -No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the food prep area to remind food employees to wash their hands.
-There were no paper towels at the handwashing sink in the toilet room.
14 Facility does not have sanitizer to make sanitizer solution for sanitizing utensils and beverage containers.
45 Hoses used to retrieve water for cold brewed coffee are not food-grade hoses.
45 -The following unused or inoperable equipment was observed in the establishment: ice maker, chest freezer, cold prep refrigerator.
-(Ref 46.501) The following equipment is not NSF/ANSI approved: mini ice machine, Keurig, mini refrigerators.
49 Mop sink installed without handles and faucet.
53 -Brick walls observed in the roasting area.
-Open beams and spray insulation observed at ceiling in the roasting area.
Note: Surfaces should be smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.
53 -Dead cockroach observed on the floor behind the reach-in refrigerator.
-Debris observed in the mechanical closet.
59 Prior to the start of renovations a completed Plan Review Application with proper plans, drawn to scale, including all food service equipment specifications and the location of toilet rooms, plumbing fixtures, storage areas, and utilities must be submitted to the Office of Food Protection. Facility is currently operating as a coffee roastery (wholesale) with pop-up beverage preparations. Facility anticipates setting up a cafe in the front of the facility with roastery.
