8 The handwash sink in the food prep area was blocked by a bowl and not accesible at all times for employee use.
*The person in charge removed the bowl from the handwash sink during the inspection.
8 Hand wash sink hot water handle was close at the beginning of inspection in the employees restroom.
*The person in charge opened the hot water handle during the inspection and the hot water was measured 100°F.
11 Three dented canned items were observed in the dry storage area.
*The person in charge discarded the cans during the inspection.
13 Multiple uncovered food items including cut pineapple, chicken, shrimps, cut cabbage, sauce, and eggrolls were observed in the chest freezer, walk-in cooler, cold prep refrigerator food shelves, and reach-in refrigerator.
*The person in charge covered all the food during the inspection.
13 Scoop handle was stored in direct contact with a working bulk food ingredient (flour).
*During the inspection, the person in charge repositioned the scoop so that the handle no longer touched the food.
21 Potentially hazardous ready-to-eat food (cut peppers, cut cabbage, cut onions, and eggrolls) prepared in the food facility and stored in the walk-in cooler and reach-in refrigerator was not date-marked.
*The person in charge date-marked all the food during the inspection.
