47 Shelves at the front and rear prep areas need cleaning, due to food debris. Food debris observed on exterior freezer, refrigerator, and counter surfaces.
53 Dust and debris observed on floor perimeter surfaces at the front prep, ware washing, and storage room areas. Debris accumulations observed on the wall surfaces.
53 Baseboard coving is missing behind the metal box inside utility/storage room.

37 Box of single-use cups are not stored at least 6 inches above the floor at the rear storage area.
38 Food employees observed not wearing or wearing ineffective hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard restraints.
