1 The food safety certified person (FSC)/person in charge (PIC) did not know how to set up the sanitizer to sanitize internal components of the thermal coffee container. Sanitarian obtained bleach suitable for preparing sanitizer solution for dishes from the retail area and explained proper set-up to the person in charge.
6 The following handwashing aids were observed at the warewashing sink: Handwashing sign, bar soap, paper towels. Note: Handwashing may only be conducted at designated handwashing sinks.
8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the coffee prep area.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent activity observed in the warewashing/storage area. Mouse feces was observed in the sanitizer compartment of the warewashing sink and in the cabinet near the entrance into the warewashing area.
