-Person in charge placed lids on all food items during the time of inspection.
14 Pink slime observed on the interior of the both ice machine bins.
Person in charge cleaned out both ice bins and sanitized them both during the time of inspection.
37 Beverages are not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
45 Several handwashing sinks , dishwasher and urinals observed not properly sealed to the wall.

- Facility has several floors: mop sink observed on the upper floor only.

1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation.
A person with a City of Philadelphia Food Safety Certificate arrived during the inspection.
8 The handwash sink in the bar area does not have single use towels, continuous towels, or air drying device.
Paper towels were provided during the inspection.
14 Mold/slime buildup observed in the nozzle of the soda gun at the main bar.
Nozzle was removed and cleaned during the inspection.
26 Spray bottles in the main level bar areas, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical.
Bottles were labeled during the inspection.
36 Bilco doors to the food facility does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Daylight observed coming through gaps.
