45 -Cracked and chipped bar counter surfaces observed by swing door in main bar.
-Air register by front door is not in good repair.
-Ripped bar padding observed around smaller side bar, is not smooth and easily cleanable.
-Observed some ripped seats on bar stools, is not smooth and easily cleanable.
47 -Dust observed on shelving in liquor storage closet.
-Dust observed on electrical wires for lighting.
-Dust observed on bottles of liquor in storage closet.
53 -Holes observed in ceiling tiles and ceiling surfaces throughout establishment.
-Uneven concrete floor observed in basement by walk-in cooler.
