Person in charge moved eggs during the time of inspection.

42 Clean dish racks observed being stored on the floor.
47 -Rusty shelves observed in the walk ins.
-Fan guards in the reach in refrigerator observed with static dust accumulation.
51 Static dust accumulation observed on bathroom ceiling vents.
53 - Debris accumulations were observed along floor edges around the kitchen prep area under equipment.
- Caulking around the dish machine drainboards, sinks and equipment observed in poor repair.

A sign was provided during the inspection.
36 Rear entrance to the food facility does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
A large gap was observed between the floor and the door. Daylight was observed coming through the gap.

- The handsink in the kitchen area was not properly sealed to the wall.

- Debris accumulations were observed along floor edges around the reach-in refrigerator.
