1 Facility's food safety certified person not present during inspection, he arrived after completion of inspection.
8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sinks in the bar area. Corrective action : An employee provided paper towels to handwash sinks in the bar area during inspection.
8 One of the bar area handwash sinks was blocked by wiping cloths and not accesible at all times for employee use. Corrective action : The person in charge removed all wiping cloths from the bar area handwash sink during inspection.
14 -Black residue observed on the interior of one of the beverage dispenser nozzle & holders around bar area.
