53 Hole observed in floor in the basement area.
58 The following observations were noted: -2 inoperable slushie machines -Warewash sink, handwash sink, Non NSF/ANSI reach-in freezer and top refrigerator -Additional room with lock door and AC unit observed in the basement area.
