11 The following observations were noted: -10 expired jars of Smucker's Jelly dated 2023 on the retail area shelving. -4 expired containers of Gerber rice cereal dated 2023 on the retail area shelving. Corrective action: Person in charge discarded all expired items during the time of inspection.
26 Observed rodenticides (Mouse poison) not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the retail area. Corrective action: Person in charge discarded rodenticide (Mouse poison) during the time of inspection.
