Corrective action: Items delivered approximately one hour ago were moved from the milk-box to the walk-in box.

-Floor in chemical and supply storage closet in the kitchen.
-Kitchen floor.
-Lunch room floor beneath the folded tables in the rear.

-Loose rubber door gaskets observed on the milk-box.

-Insulated bags used to carry food to classroom observed stored on the closet floor with mouse feces present. Bags should be wiped down with sanitizing wipes and stored 6 inches above the floor since bags are sometimes stored in the walk-in cooler.

-Dead fly observed on the shelf in the walk-in refrigerator.
