Corrective action : An employee cleaned to remove old food residue and empty pineapple juice can from the bar area handwash sink during inspection.
14 Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces.
Corrective action : A food employee dismantled, washed, rinsed and sanitized the food slicer prior to completion of inspection.
* Food slicer should be washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours when in use.
14 Black residue, pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin around in basement storage area.
Corrective action : Person in charge dumped all ice from the basement storage area ice machine and thoroughly cleaned the interior of the ice machine bin prior to completion of inspection.
45 Plastic (soda) crate being used for elevation / support of a bag of bulk food ingredient in basement storage area, which are not smooth and easily cleanable.
