35 Prepackaged (cakes in display case) food is not labeled properly with the name of product, ingredient statement, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on prep table and not stored in sanitizing solution.
45 -Handwash sink not properly sealed to the wall in the prep area -Utility pipes observed not properly sealed to prevent vermin harborage.
51 No lidded trash can receptacle observed in the restroom area for female disposable nakpins.
53 Cleaning needed on floor corners and perimeters to remove debris observed in the prep and storage areas of establishment.
53 Brooms and dustpan observed not stored elevated or hanging off the floor while not in use to prevent vermin harborage.

1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. Servsafe observed for Albert Alwyn and Philadelphia Food safety certificate application emailed to person in charge.
8 Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the prep area. Soap was replenished during the inspection. The handwash sink in the prep area was blocked by mobile table with microwave cord running across to outlet and not accesible at all times for employee use. Corrective action was taken during the inspection to allow for easy access to handwash sink.

46 Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration. QAC or QT test strips needed for quartnary solution.
47 Ice build-up inside the food prep area chest freezer.
