36 Visible physical evidence of rodent activity: mouse droppings observed in the rear prep area, storage area under shelves by CO2 tanks, along perimeters in the rear of facility, and behind front self-service soda machines.
37 fresh cut soaking french fries observed in the walk-in cooler with no covering/ lids to prevent from outside contamination. *PIC covered fries on site*
47 -observed dusty bathroom vents -shelving underneath to-go pick up orders has heavy food residue accumulation
48 Hot water was not reaching a required temperature of 100 degrees, and only reaching 89 degrees at handwash sinks in customer restrooms.
49 -Observed water at restroom sinks not self-metering properly. Self-metering faucet shall provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet. -Front prep area employee handwash sink observed slow to drain after use.
53 General cleaning needed: -mouse droppings observed along floor perimeters in rear ware washing area, rear storage area, rear of facility near mop sink, and on flooring behind self-service soda machines (in front seating area)
