8 No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the main restrooms area to remind food employees to wash their hands.
Sanitarian advised that where ever employees use the restroom signs must be in place.
14 Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces and is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours.
Person in charge cleaned and sanitized slicer during the time of inspection.
20 Food was held at *46 to 51 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required.
Sanitarian advised that all items be ice bathed. Cold prep is directly across from hood system. Person in charge ice bathed all food items.
35 -Working bulk food ingredient storage containers are not labeled with the common name of the food.
-Containers in walk in Cooler, reach in and cold prep observed not properly labeled with the name of its contents.
43 Dishes and utensils observed not properly inverted with the food surface faced down.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
45 Minute maid dispensing machine observed with a missing front plate.
45 Juice dispensing machine observed needing to be properly cleaned and sanitized.

A City of Philadelphia Food Safety Certificate application was emailed with the report.

1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation.
A person with a City Food Safety Certificate arrived during the inspection.
8 -Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the warewashing area.
The batteries of the soap dispenser were replaced during the inspection.
-Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the warewashing area.
The paper towel dispenser was refilled during the inspection.

The slicer was disassembled and cleaned during the inspection. The Person In Charge was reminded that the slicer, when in use, is required to be cleaned every 4 hours.
