1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation.
Food safety certified person came in the middle of the inspection in the person of Michael Perry.
8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the coffee table area.
Paper towel dispenser was replenished before the end of the inspection.
14 The quaternary ammonium concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 100 ppm, rather than 200 - 400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions.
A proper retest of solution done to derive 200 ppm during the inspection.
45 Domestic microwave observed in the prep area during the inspection.
47 Ice accumulation observed inside reach-in freezer in the prep area.
53 Slight cleaning needed to remove stains and slight debris observed on floor of prep and storage area.
