8 - Observed the dump sink supplied with an employee handwashing reminder sign. Corrective action; PIC removed the handwashing reminder sign from the sink during the inspection.
37 - Beverages in the basement storage area are not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
45 - Observed a Non-NSF/ANSI approved toaster oven in the rear prep area. - Observed the handwashing sink slow to drain.
48 - Observed hot water slow to generate at handwashing sinks throughout the facility.
53 - Observed brooms idle on floor rather than properly hung when not in use.
53 - Observed mop idle inside of the mop bucket rather than hung to allow for proper air drying.
