Coleman coolers used for food transport. Bottom wood shelves at 2 portable bars (2nd floor) are not smooth and easily cleanable.
49 Plumbing systems: Leak observed at drainline of 3-bay sink & at potable water line to low-temp dishwasher.
An approved backflow prevention device lacks at hose connection used for power washing. A 1-inch minimum air gap lacks at the drainline/catch basin area of food prep. sink.
