51 Ventilation was not observed in both restrooms.

-Food debris/static dust on exterior surfaces of shelving units in food retail and storage room area
-Debris/residue on lower shelving units/lower interior surfaces of reach-in refrigeration units in food retail area
51 Debris around perimeters of floor in men's and women's employee restroom areas
51 Ventilation was not observed in both restrooms.
53 The following was observed:
-Static dust and debris observed around perimeters of floors in storage area, food retail area, and behind front service counter area.
-Old mouse droppings next to the lift gate in the rear storage area.
-Water waste disposal floor drain had an accumulation of debris covering the mesh in the dry storage area.
