1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. -ServSafe observed sent application to get their Food safety Cert from the Health Department.
14 Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces and is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours. -Person in charge took the slicer apart cleaned and sanitized it during the time of inspection.
20 Cut fruit observed not properly chilled on ice or refrigerated. -Person in charge placed fruit on ice during the time of inspection.
21 Potentially hazardous ready to eat food (chili), prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the reach in refrigerator, was not date marked. Person placed a date on the container at the time of inspection.
35 Containers in the reach in refrigerator and cold prep observed not properly labeled with the name of its contents.
