39 Moist wiping cloths were observed lying on the two-compartment sink and not stored in a sanitizing solution.
45 Plastic crates and cardboard boxes were observed being used for elevation in the coffee prep area and storage closet, respectively.
46 Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
53 Observed dust inside the storage closet.
