8 - The handwash sink in the warewash area was blocked by equipment inside the handwash sink and not accesible at all times for employee use. Employee relocated the items at the time of the inspection.

8 Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the prep area. Person in charge provide soap at the time of the inspection.
14 The quarternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 100 ppm, rather than 200-400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. Person in charge added more sanitizing solution at the time of the inspection.
14 Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 10 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. Person in charge primed the dish washer at the time of the inspection.
19 Food was held at 120 degrees F rather than 135 degrees F or above as required. Food was reheated at the time of the inspection.
26 Observed insecticides (Raid ant and roach) not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the warewash area. Insecticides was discarded at the time of the inspection.
45 Inoperable chest freezer observed in the basement.
46 Food facility lacks Quaternary Ammonia sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
51 Toilet room lack covered/lidded trash receptacle for feminine hygiene waste products.
52 Establishment does not have a contract with company for garbage removal.
