39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on counters and not stored in sanitizing solution.
47 Food debris was observed on food equipment in the pizza prep area.

1 Employee with the Philadelphia certificate was not present. Applications given for certified staff to obtain the Philadelphia certificate.
No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
8 Paper towel dispensers were empty at the handwash sinks in the restrooms and warewashing area. Paper towels were provided.
47 Food debris observed on food equipment in the pizza prep area.
48 Cold water faucet was turned off at the handwash sink in the warewashing area due to a slight drip. Cold water was restored.
51 There was no toilet paper observed in the women's restroom. An adequate supply of toilet tissue was later provided.
54 Hood filters have an accumulation of static dust and grease.
