6 Hot holding unit supplies with hot foods for customer usage was observed near entry door. Establishment lacks required handwash sink.
8 - The handwash sink in the prep area was blocked by utensil inside of sink and not accesible at all times for employee use. PIC removed items at the time of the inspection. Items was placed back inside handwash sink during inspection. - Fish scales observed inside the handwash sink. Food employee washed sink during the inspection. COS - Food employee was observed washing sponge with plain water in the designated handwash sink in the prep area *** A handwashing facility shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the toilet room. PIC provided paper towel at the time of the inspection.
9 - Unable to verify that the hot foods and food products are being sold are from an approved source. 20 - Food was held at 52.9 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. - Eggs held at 52.3 to 54.1 degrees F, rather than 45 degrees F or below as required. **Ambient air temperature of the open display case was observed at 51.1 degrees F. Please discontinue usage until a proper temperature of 41 degrees F or below can be maintained.
