14 Observed soda gun holster at the bar area with pink slime residue/ mildew. *PIC removed and cleaned/ sanitized on site*

8 Leak observed in the drainpipe at the employee handwash sink in the bar area. There are no other handwash sinks at the bar area *employees were advised to use the prep area sink until bar handwash sink is fixed*
8 The handwash sink in the food prep area was blocked by cutting boards (cutting boards were placed in handwash sink to dry). A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. *PIC removed cutting boards at the time of inspection*
14 Cleaned and sanitized cutting boards were observed being stored in the employee handwash sink. *PIC relocated cutting boards after re-cleaning and sanitizing them*
14 Ice machine in the basement prep area was observed with pink slime residue on the interior.
