1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. City of Philadelphia Food safety certificate application was emailed with this report.
4 An open employee's beverage container was observed in a food preparation area. Beverage was removed during the inspection.
6 Employee was observed coming in facility from outside and proceeded to prep food before washing hands. Employee washed hands during inspection after education was given.
45 - Front door glass broken. Replaced with wood temporarily.
- Reach in cooler observed to be not working.

1 A ServSafe certified person is present but no Philadelphia Health Certificate is present. Mourad Ali arrived. An application will be provided for other employees to become certified with Philadelphia Health Department.
8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the rear area.
13 One tray of chicken wings was seen inside the walk-in cooler without a lid or tight fitting cover.
20 An opened bottle of BBQ sauce was stored at room temperature despite label stating to refrigerate after opening. Discarded.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on work surfaces and not stored in sanitizing solution.
45 There is an accumulation of black carbon char on metal cooking trays. The char is flaking off on other surfaces.
51 Cleaning is needed inside the restroom.
