-Food safety certified person arrived at the end of the inspection.
8 Missing hand wash signs observed throughout the facilities bathrooms and kitchen hand wash sink.
42 Preset tableware was not covered or protected extra silver wear was not stored or maintained in manor that would protect food contact surface areas
45 The following observations were noted:
- Domestic electric stove observed in the kitchen.
- Domestic microwave in the storage area.
51 Restroom area door is not equipped with self-closing device.
*Toilet rooms shall be enclosed. A toilet room located on the premises of a food facility shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door.
51 -Water stains and gaps observed on the ceiling in the bathroom (near the dining area).
-Observed dust on ceiling vents in the facilities toilet room areas.
53 Brooms and dust-pan not elevated in the rear storage closet.
53 Observed mop on floor surfaces and not stored and elevated.
