-No cleaned multi-use utensils (serving spoons) from the approved support facility / Commissary service observed during inspection.
-No hot water of minimum 110 degrees Fahrenheit present for cleaning of multi-use utensils at the warewash (3-compartment) sink.
*Discontinue washing of multi-use utensils in the facility pending installation of a designated handwash sink in the food prep area.
* Only use cleaned multi-use utensils supplied from the approved Support facility / Commissary, or use single-use /disposable utensils only.
