*The PIC removed the device.
45 Raw wood shelving observed in the basement storage, and upstairs rear prep area which are not smooth and easily cleanable, being used to support equipment and beverages.
Plastic soda crates observed holding up equipment and beverages.

-Unused prep sink. Sanitarian explained that each sink serves a purpose, prep sink is for cutting vegetables and fruit. three basin sink is for washing, rinsing and sanitizing dishes only.

46 Food facility lacks the proper sanitizer test strips to monitor for chlorine sanitizer concentration. QAC strips were being used. Sanitarian showed the person in charge the proper strips, how to use them and check for the proper ppms
