1 Employees on site did not obtain the Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Health Department. The application was emailed to the manager, while on site.
14 Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 0 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. Management has agreed to manually wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment. The ware wash machine contractor was called for repair, while on site.

45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
