1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. Current certificate has expired. The person in charge has been emailed a food safety certificate application.
8 Paper towels was not available at the hand washing sink in the food prep area. The person in charge provided papertowels to the area.
35 -Bottled juices (Mango, carrot, ginger) in the facility were not labeled properly with the name of product, ingredient statement, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts.
The person in charge was instructed to discontinue sales and remove the product from the facility. Corrective action has been taken.
-Food labeling placards observed in the closed display do not accurately identify the cakes and desserts. The person in charge labeled all items during the inspection.
45 Card board lining the floor in the ware washing area is not made of smooth and durable materials.
45 One inoperable/defective cold preparation unit observed in the food preparation area.
49 The faucet on the food prep sink observed loose and in disrepair.
49 The food facility lacks a utility sink.
53 The utility lines in the food prep area near the hood exhaust are not sealed properly.
53 Debris observed on floor by cooking equipment in food preparation area and in the rear beverage storage room floor.
