1 - The person in charge with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. * The inspector sent the city of Philadelphia food safety certificate link via email.
1 The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge (Food borne illnesses) of the Philadelphia Food Code. * Sanitarian reviewed food borne illnesses and symptoms with the person in charge.
19 Food (String beans) was held at 122 degrees F rather than 135 degrees F or above as required. * The person in charge initiated corrective action reheating string beans which were observed at 170
45 - Non-NSF approved equipment observed; chest freezer in the front serving area. - Non-operational display case observed in the front serving area used for dry storage. - Hand wash and prep sink observed loose and not properly sealed to floor or wall surface.
47 - Ice accumulation observed in chest freezer. -Seasonings and food trays observed stored on shelf above convection oven.
53 -Missing door frame observed around door in kitchen area. -Missing bottom wall cove base observed in kitchen area.
53 1 water stained ceiling tile observed on 2nd floor seating area.
59 Facility lacks an exhaust hood/fire suppression system over the convection oven. Prior to the start of renovations a completed Plan Review Application with proper plans, drawn to scale, including all food service equipment specifications and the location of toilet rooms, plumbing fixtures, storage areas, and utilities must be submitted to the Office of Food Protection.
