45 - Unused refrigerator observed in the basement area.
- Domestic Non-NSF ANSI reach-in freezer observed in the basement.
-Front kick plates were missing from the front of the reach in refrigerators.
45 Raw wood shelves and stairs observed , which is not smooth and easily cleanable, being used to support equipment and beverages.
47 Dusty fan guard observed in reach in refrigerator.
51 Dusty vents were observed in both restrooms
53 Dirt and debris observed on the floor under and behind equipment in the bar and the basement area.
- Clutter observed in basement, and on shelves below the bar counter.
-Cracked floor tiles observed behind bar.
