-Soap was not available at the handwash sink in one of two employee restrooms. Person in Charge took corrective action and provided soap.
13 Raw eggs were stored above ready to eat foods in the reach in refrigerator. Person in Charge took corrective action and relocated items.
13 Uncovered drink ice observed in bar area. Person in Charge took corrective action and provided lid.
14 Pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin around baffle plate. Person in Charge took corrective action and burned ice, washed, rinsed and sanitized surfaces.
23 Burgers are served raw or undercooked to the customer's request; however, a written consumer advisory (on the menu, table tent, or placard) is not provided to the consumer. Person in Charge took corrective action and provided neww menu's with advisory.
