26 -A manufactures label was not observed on the kitchen areas spray bottles for cleaning products. -Person in charge corrected and labeled items. *Containers of poisonous or toxic materials and personal care items shall bear a legible manufacturer’s label.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on kitchen surface area and not stored in sanitizing solution.
45 Domestic Non-NSF/ANSI (Fridgidare) reach-in freezer observed in the facilities kitchen area. -Domestic refrigerators observed in the facilities classroom areas.
47 Food and other debris observed on bottom shelving's inside of kitchens reach-in freezer.
51 -Static dust on restroom areas ventilation fan covers observed in the young toddler classroom. - Observed stained floor tiles around the perimeters of the facilities toilet rooms area -Water stain/ splatter observed on the ceilings in the employee restroom.

8 No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the kitchen area to remind food employees to wash their hands.
8 - The can opener observed being washed in the hand wash sink kitchen area.
14 - The can opener had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces. The person in charge washed the can opener in the hand wash sink.
21 - Opened commercially processed ready to eat food (dice peaches), located in the reach-in refrigerator and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened. *Sanitarian advised the person in charge to provide dates for the containers with dice peaches.
37 - Boxes with drinks observed on the floor and not elevated at least 6 inches above the floor in the closet area.
45 - NON NSF equipment observed in the facility: one freezer "Frigidaire", one toaster oven observed in the kitchen area and three domestic reach-in refrigerators in the classrooms.
