45 Cinder block legs, which are not smooth and easily cleanable, were being used to support equipment (ice machine).
45 Non-operational walk-in box was observed in the basement.
45 Grinder was observed on a wall mounted shallow basin handwash sink.
49 A small leak was observed under the handwash sink in the warewashing area.
