Corrective Action: The beverage was discarded.
6 A food employee was observed washing their hands at the three basin sink rather than the designated handwash sink.
Corrective Action: The food employee rewashed his hands at the designated sink after direction from the sanitarian.
8 Observed the utility/mop sink in the rear storage area with handwashing amenities (soap).
Corrective Action: Handwashing amenities were removed from the sink.
14 Spoon used for beverage prep in cold water (measured at 58.3 degrees F) without sanitizer or hot water.
Corrective Action: The water was replaced and remeasured at 174.9 degrees F.
21 Repackaged seafood salads that were held for more than 48 hours (3 days), located in the closed display case, were not date marked with the date in which they were repackaged.
Corrective Action: Date markings were placed on the seafood salad containers.
