13 Food prep is being conducted with cutting boards positioned over the 3 Basin Sink. All food prep should be done at the food prep sink.
**Food items and cutting boards removed.
**3 basin sink ordered to be washed with bleach.
41 In use utensils:
**Water ice scoop is stored in a cup of plain water. These need to be washed and sanitized every 4 hours.
**Scoops inside dry goods (flour, starch, etc.) are being stored with their handles touching the food items.
43 Take-out containers and lids were observed face up on the shelf above the prep area. These should be stored face down so as to be protected from contamination.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
45 Non commercial microwave is present in the kitchen.
47 Equipment Cleaning:
**Grease and dust have accumulated on surfaces inside the mechanical exhaust hood unit.
49 Water leaks from the faucet at the hand wash sink in the kitchen.
