freezer lid and round the 3 basin sink.
-Crates used for elevation beverages and boxes in the basement and rear
storage areas.
-One inoperable reach in refrigerator observed in the rear storage area
chest freezer in the basement area.
-The garbage grinder observed inoperable.
45 The microwave is non ANSI/NSF approved.
49 Observed the facility lacks utility sink.
* Utility sink. At least one utility sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste.
