8 No hot water available at handwash sinks throughout. Water temperature measured at 77 degrees F, which is below the required hot water temperature minimum of 100 degrees F.
8 The following observations were noted:
-Soap was not available at the handwash sinks throughout.
-The handwash sinks in the toilet room and rear kitchen space does not have single use towels, continuous towels, or air drying device.
-No sign or poster posted at the handwash sinks throughout to remind food employees to wash their hands.
45 The following observation were noted:
-Non NSF/ANSI microwave in the domestic kitchen space located in the rear for the food store.
-Inoperable refrigeration unit stored in the retail area.
48 No hot water available at handwash sinks throughout. Water temperature measured at 77 degrees F, which is below the required hot water temperature minimum of 100 degrees F.
53 The following observation were noted:
-A kitchen space located in the rear of the food store with domestic cabinetry, countertop and 1-compartment sink.
-Damaged wall surface inside the toilet room.
58 Observed a unlicensed prepackage food store with a kitchen space and toilet room operating without prior submission/approval of Plan Review Application.
Alteration or construction began prior to plan submission and approval. A completed Plan Review Application with proper plans, drawn to scale, showing all design features, including all food service equipment specifications and the location of toilet rooms, plumbing fixtures, storage areas, and utilities must be submitted to the, Office of Food Protection.
