1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation.
-Food safety certified person arrived during the time of inspection.
8 The handwash sink in the food prep area was blocked by dishes and not accessible at all times for employee use.
-All dishes were removed.
14 Observed employee washing dishes incorrectly ( wash & sanitize).
-Inspector explained the proper way to wash the dishes to wash ( soap & water), rinse (plain water) & sanitizer (water & food grade sanitizer).
