47 The following observations were made: -Ice accumulation observed in ice cream freezer. -Heavy ice accumulation observed on the bottom surfaces of the reach-in freezer unit in the kitchen. -Old mouse droppings observed on the grease trap -Grease accumulation/food residue observed on food equipment in the prep area
53 Residue was observed under/around equipment in the prep area.
54 Hood filters have an accumulation of static dust and grease.
